What were your main tasks during your Internship?
Gather and analyse data to establish what types of leading indicators are most valuable to measure safety performance, establish current perceptions and behaviours in safety and performance, evaluate and present feedback from employee surveys to identify key issues, suggest strategies to embed and maintain safety and performance moving forward.
What did you like the most during your Internship?
My host company provided a lot of tools for learning and development. I made a lot of friends during my internship.
How did you adapt to your new environment?
I expected a lot from this internship and I can say that all of my expectations were fulfilled. I adopted easily because ESPA and my host company made a great job in organising this internship.
How was your time spent outside working hours?
I was spending my free time with other ESPA interns and with my roommate. We went to Brighton and Tenby and spent a lot of time in London.
How satisfied were you with ESPA’s services and accommodation?
I was very satisfied. ESPA provided everything on time and they were always available for any questions.
