Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for a student or recent graduate with an interest in consumer and sensory science, supported by a good understanding of food science, to help bridge the gap between the instrumental data generated during food product development and the way consumers perceive, like and choose products. Working alongside food scientists and specialist data analytics and AI teams, the intern will gain practical experience in connecting objective product measurements with consumer perception and preference. This is an interdisciplinary opportunity combining food science, sensory and consumer research, quantitative analysis and emerging data/AI approaches. Requirements You are eligible for an ESPA internship if you are a registered student or have graduated within the past two years. Benefits · UK VISA costs reimbursed, and application support provided. · A private room in a professional shared house, paid for, including Wi-Fi and utilities costs. · Monthly payment to cover commuting tickets and living expenses.
