Innovation Incubator Intern – Gyula Kimpan
Gyula travelled from Denmark to the UK for a 6-month Innovation Incubator Internship in London.
What did you like the most during your innovation incubator internship?
I loved the atmosphere in the office and London. Being part of a group of interns made sure that life never got dull.
How did you spend your time outside working hours?
This internship helped me in better understanding what I would like to study and work in the future. It was a prestigious placement that laid the foundation for a future path to a job with corporate innovation and venture capital. Having this experience behind me gives me more confidence when applying and interviewing for my next job after I graduate.
Was it easy to adapt to your new environment?
Adapting wasn’t difficult, we received help and guidance in the beginning which was great in order to have a quick start and as all 12 of us were new, we could discover the city together and create a group which was always looking for something fun and interesting to do.
How satisfied were you with ESPA’s services and accommodation?
I was quite happy with ESPA, they made sure that I don’t have to worry about finding housing and settling in. Issues that arose during the internship were taken care so I could focus on the work and could enjoy my stay in London.
