
Change Management Intern – Sara Delač
Sara travelled from Croatia to the UK for a 6-month Change Management Internship in Sunbury-on-Thames.
What were your main tasks during your change management internship?
Gathering and analysing data to establish what types of leading indicators are most valuable to measure safety performance, establishing current perceptions and behaviours in safety and performance, evaluating and presenting feedback from employee surveys to identify key issues, suggesting strategies to embed and maintain safety and performance moving forward.
What did you like the most during your change management internship?
My host company provided a lot of tools for learning and development. I made a lot of friends during my internship.
How did you adapt to your new environment?
I expected a lot from this internship and can say that all of my expectations were fulfilled. I adopted easily because ESPA and my host company made a great job in organising this internship.
How did you spend your time outside working hours?
I spent my free time with other ESPA interns and with my roommate. We went to Brighton and Tenby and spent a lot of time in London.
