Every ESPA placement is compensated fairly. We cover housing, utilities, and commuting costs. On top of that, you will receive a monthly cost of living payment. For up to one year, you will be part of a company and do real, impactful work, while receiving guidance throughout.
We pay for your Certificate of Sponsorship and guide you through the visa application process. No need to search for housing yourself – we will set you up in a private room in shared professional housing, with Wi-Fi and bills included. If the commute needs a bus or train, that’s covered too.
We check every company thoroughly before placing our graduates, and we foster long relationships with many of our partners. Transparency is important – you will know the company name, sector, and team before you apply. Our placements sit across business development, marketing, finance, engineering, and science, in SMEs and corporates across the UK and Ireland.
Staying in touch is important to us. We will check in regularly with you and your employer to make sure that everything is running smoothly. We also take care of any issues that you may run into, be it at work, with your accommodation, or personal situation.
