What were your main tasks during your internship?

Working with the support team towards troubleshooting and problem resolving, Support and training about video conferencing, SIP call flows diagnosing and resolving issues, problem resolving in the field of hosted telephony services, test lab setup to emulate customer issues.

What did you like the most during your internship?

I really liked the great working atmosphere within the host company and the openness of the people in Wales.

How did you adapt to your new environment?

I adapted really fast and easily due to the great working atmosphere and the openness of everybody. I received support wherever and whenever I needed it from my colleagues.

How was your time spent outside working hours?

During the week I spent the evening doing sports or go to a local pub with other interns within the area. I used the weekends to travel around as much as possible and to see as many different places as possible.

How satisfied were you with ESPA’s services and accommodation?

The ESPA services have been great. Fast and good communication and if I needed some help there have been always somebody who took care. My great accommodation was provided by my host company.
