Mentored throughout, you will lead the analysis across each part of the customer journey (acquisition, education, conversion, reengagement) to uncover enhancement opportunities. Having quantified and prioritized these you will deliver a range of optimizations, from smarter social media targeting through to an improved website etc. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands on experience and work with a range of internal stakeholders.
