This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven chemical engineer with a passion for the environment to take part in a groundbreaking research project. This exciting project involves the demonstration and optimization of chemical processes for the production of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) from waste biomass. Mentored throughout, you will assist in a developing technoeconomic assessment for production of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) in the UK using hydrothermal liquefaction technology. Using and developing your skills in modelling and simulation, you will assist the host company to study the financial feasibility of this technology for SAF production. The production of renewable aviation fuel will be a huge step forward in sustainable travel and the future of our planet. So, if you think you have the skills, then this is the internship for you!
